("Company", "we", "us", or "our") provides e-commerce education, AI-powered dropshipping training programs, online courses, coaching, consulting, and related digital products and services. Services may be delivered through the Website, email, video, live calls, and other digital formats.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts and Registration

You may be required to provide certain information to access certain services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, and software, is owned by or licensed to Outright Ecom Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission. Your use of our services does not grant you any ownership of any intellectual property.

Certain services require payment. All fees are clearly stated at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. Refund policies will be communicated at the time of purchase or as part of specific program terms. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

8. SMS, Text Messaging, and Marketing Communications Consent

8.1 SMS Program Description and Express Written Consent

Outright Ecom Inc. offers an SMS messaging program to users who opt in. By submitting your phone number through any opt-in form, checkbox, or call-to-action on the Website and affirmatively indicating your consent (for example, by checking a consent box or otherwise affirmatively agreeing), you provide your prior express written consent under the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and any analogous federal, state, provincial, or foreign law (including, where applicable, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)) for Outright Ecom Inc., its service providers, and its agents to send you text messages at the mobile telephone number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS), automated technology, or similar technology.

We send two categories of messages, each requiring its own separate consent:

You can cancel SMS messaging at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a final confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to rejoin, you can opt in again through our website at aidropshippingbuilder.com. Opting out of SMS will not affect your enrollment in any purchased program or service.

8.5 Carrier Liability

Carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and network availability.

8.6 Message and Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

8.7 Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

9. Voice Calls, Automated Calls, and AI-Generated Voice Communications

9.1 Express Written Consent for Voice Communications

By submitting your phone number through any opt-in form, checkbox, scheduling page, or call-to-action on the Website and affirmatively indicating your consent, you also provide your prior express written consent under the TCPA, 47 U.S.C. § 227, and any analogous federal, state, provincial, or foreign law for Outright Ecom Inc., its service providers, and its agents (including sales representatives, coaches, scheduling staff, and authorized affiliates) to contact you by telephone at the mobile or landline number you provided, including calls placed:

These calls and voicemails may be made for purposes including, but not limited to: scheduling, confirming, rescheduling, or following up on appointments and consultations; sales and consultative conversations regarding our programs and services; onboarding and customer support; collecting feedback; and marketing or promotional outreach related to our products and services.

9.2 Not a Condition of Purchase

Your consent to receive marketing or promotional voice calls (including automated, prerecorded, or AI-generated calls) is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may still purchase from us or receive transactional communications relating to your account, appointments, or paid program without consenting to marketing voice calls.

9.3 Call Frequency

The frequency of voice calls will vary based on your interactions with us, the stage of your inquiry or program, and your scheduled appointments. You may receive multiple calls per week during active sales, scheduling, onboarding, or coaching cycles, and fewer or no calls outside those periods.

9.4 Revoking Consent / Opt-Out

You may revoke your consent to receive marketing, automated, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice calls at any time by any reasonable means, including:

We will honor opt-out requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. Revoking consent for marketing voice calls will not affect your enrollment in any purchased program or service or our ability to send you transactional communications you have separately consented to.

9.5 Call Recording and AI Disclosure

Calls between you and Outright Ecom Inc. (including calls placed by AI voice agents) may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, compliance, and record-keeping purposes. Where required by applicable law, you will be notified of recording at the start of the call and have the opportunity to decline. Where an AI-generated voice is used, we will identify the caller (or the entity on whose behalf the call is being made) and, where required by applicable law, disclose that the voice you are hearing is generated by artificial intelligence.

9.6 Carrier Charges and Liability

Standard call, message, and data rates from your wireless or telephone carrier may apply to calls and voicemails sent to you from us and from you to us. Carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Rogers, Bell, Telus) are not liable for delayed or undelivered calls, voicemails, or messages.

9.7 Do-Not-Call Lists

Your prior express written consent under these Terms supersedes any prior listing of your number on the National Do Not Call Registry, any state, provincial, or company-specific do-not-call list, only to the extent and for the duration that your consent remains in effect. Once you revoke consent as described above, we will treat your number as do-not-call for marketing purposes.

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

11. Disclaimers

Our educational content and training programs are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Results vary and we do not guarantee any specific outcomes, income, or results from using our programs. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Outright Ecom Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Outright Ecom Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

16. Changes to Terms
